Doyon Project Services was awarded this contract to replace the HVAC System in Building 1 at U.S. Coast Guard Base Seattle. This project included demolition and asbestos abatement, structural modifications, installation of New HVAC Units, new and modifications to ductwork, new mechanical room construction, new ceiling and modifications to ceilings, reinstallation of existing lighting, new electrical work, architectural repairs, finishes, painting, fire alarm and fire suppression modifications, Test and Balance of HVAC, as well as duct leakage test and control sequence testing.
