Doyon Management Services is collaborating with the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Washington, on a 334-calendar day project to renovate building 3259 at the Naval Health Clinic Quantico Pharmacy. The comprehensive scope of work includes:

  1. Chiller Plant Replacement: The existing chiller plant will be removed, and a new chiller plant will be provided.
  2. Temporary HVAC: During the renovation, temporary HVAC systems will be installed.
  3. TAB and DALT: Testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) and data acquisition and logging (DALT) services will be performed.
  4. Full Pharmacy Renovation:
    • Re-Partitioning: The layout will be reconfigured to optimize space utilization.
    • Finishes and Ceilings: Upgrades to finishes and ceilings will enhance aesthetics and functionality.
    • Drive-Thru Window: A drive-thru window will be incorporated for convenience.
    • Mechanical and Electrical Systems: The HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, and fire alarm systems will be upgraded.

USSF DB Construct Mezzanine at Facility 67901, CCSFS, FL – $1.0M

Doyon Management Services is working with the U.S. Space Force on a 352-calendar day project to construct a mezzanine at Facility 67901 within the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) in Florida. The scope of work entails several key tasks:

  1. Exterior Door Replacement: An existing double door will be replaced with an overhead coiling door.
  2. Infilling Opening: The opening above the new exterior door will be filled in.
  3. Equipment Removal: An existing paint booth will be removed.

This project aims to enhance the facility’s functionality and efficiency at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

USSF Install Deluge-Bypass Loop PS7 Cape Canaveral SFS, FL – $362K

Doyon Management Services collaborated with the U.S. Space Force on a 60-calendar day project to install a deluge bypass loop at pump station #7 within the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) in Florida. The scope of work includes setting up a water flow loop for testing the six (6) deluge pumps and the two (2) fire pumps already installed at pump station #7. These pumps supply deluge water to Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) and SLC-41. The flow loop will draw water from the existing pump suction and return it to the existing tank.

BLM WRRD Electrical Restoration, Wild Rivers Ranger District, OR – $135K

Doyon Management Services collaborated with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) on an 80-calendar day project to restore power to four buildings and miscellaneous site features at the Wild Rivers Ranger District (WRRD) in Cave Junction, Oregon. The existing power system is currently a combination of overhead and underground. Upon completion, this project will supply power to all buildings underground.

USFW Multi-Bldg Roof Project, Estacada, OR – $523K

Doyon Management Services collaborated with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service on a project to replace the roofs of seven buildings at the Ripplebrook location within the Timberlake Job Corps Center Civilian Conservation Center.

IHS Sprinkler System, HVAC, and Comm Cabling, Peach Springs, AZ – $2.9M

Doyon Management Services is embarking on a 365-day project in collaboration with the Indian Health Service (IHS) to renovate the Peach Springs Health Clinic located in Peach Springs, AZ. The existing dry-type fire suppression system has suffered irreparable damage and is no longer operational. As part of the comprehensive renovation, the existing fire suppression system will be completely replaced with a code-compliant wet-pipe sprinkler system, complete with new thermal insulation. Additionally, the project scope includes the installation of replacement packaged rooftop HVAC units, a temporary dental clinic trailer, new flooring for the dental clinic, and the establishment of a communication backbone cabling. Please note that this project aims to enhance the safety and functionality of the health clinic, ensuring better services for the community.

NAVFAC Building 1029, Roof Replacement PNBC, PA – $4.2M

Doyon Management Services will collaborate with NAVFAC Pennsylvania on this 360 calendar day project. The scope of work involves:

  • Removing the existing roofing from Building 1029.
  • Providing additional insulation and installing metal roofing.
  • Detaching and temporarily supporting existing gutters in place along the low roof edges.
  • Reinstalling gutters.
  • Providing steel framing and a roof hatch.
  • Undertaking any other incidental work required for the project.

USAF Comm. Cabling Project, Malmstrom AFB, MT – $504K
