USACE Technology Lab Office Reno, Ft. Detrick, MD – $3.2M

Doyon Technical Services will be working with USACE Baltimore on this 360 calendar day Design-Build project to provide MEP upgrades and cosmetic renovations to work areas on the second floor of the Technology Laboratory at Fort Detrick, MD.

USACE Door Upgrades, Fort Belvoir, VA – $664K

Doyon Technical Services will be working with USACE Baltimore on this 180 calendar day project to provide door upgrades and various renovations to SCIF and non-SCIF areas at Fort Belvoir, VA

USACE TMDL Stormwater Management Project, JBMHH, VA – $2.7M

Doyon Technical Services will be working with USACE Baltimore District on this Design-Build contract for Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Stormwater Management (SWM) at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Fort Myer, VA. Purpose of project is to construct small stormwater management retrofits to reduce pollutants in stormwater runoff in order for JBMHH to meet their regulatory TMDL requirement in the installation stormwater discharge (MS4) permit. Specifically, the scope involves installing precast bioretention filter inlets adjacent to existing storm drain curb inlets in three parking lots to treat the runoff prior to discharge to the storm drain system. Work includes minor pavement and curb demolition, excavation, site lighting conduit relocation, installing the new units, backfill, seeding and sodding, connecting underdrains to the existing storm drain system, repairing curb and gutter and pavement.

USACE Renovate Welcome Center, DSCR, VA – $1.8M

Doyon Technical Services will be working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District on this 365 calendar day project to renovate the Pass Office within Building 210, Welcome Center. The work includes kiosk services, a multipurpose group check-in and media room, enlarged lobby, repaired vestibule, workspaces, an enlarged private workstation area, break room, latrines, a private office and a Provost marshal/military police office. Work also includes conversion of a portion of the mailroom into pass office area with a one story, fire-separated extension into the existing mailroom. Doyon will also replace existing casework and workstations in the Pass Office, replace lighting with LED fixtures, to include occupancy/vacancy sensors, and reconfigure and replace the fire protection and alarm systems to accommodate the new layout. Telecommunications systems will also be repaired and reconfigured to meet the new layout and base standards.

NAVFAC D/B Building 95 Boiler Replacement Naval Station Newport, RI – $703K

Doyon Technical Services will be working with NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic on this 365 calendar-day project to replace the existing heating boilers that service the building steam loops with new natural gas fired steam boilers. Building 95, Officer’s Club, is a two-story structure, including a mezzanine. The 34,975-square foot building was constructed in 1919 and is currently used as a restaurant and dining hall.

NOAA Radar Site Access, Microwave Road Repairs, Reno, NV – $583K

Doyon Technical Services will be working with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration on this 30 calendar day $583K Design-Build task order to repair and add additional drainage control upgrades to an existing gravel radar site access road in Reno, NV.

USCG Water Line Repair, Grays Harbor, WA – $22K

Doyon Technical Services is working with the U.S. Coast Guard on this $22K project to excavate, repair a 2” water line, fill, and re-pave affected area at U.S. Coast Guard Station Grays Harbor, WA.

USCG Install Glass Modular Wall, Building 1, USCG Base Seattle, WA – $29K

Doyon Technical Services is working with the U.S. Coast Guard on this $29K project to create a private conference room in Building 1 on the 3rd floor by closing off an open concept conference room with a frosted glass modular wall.

NOAA Video Security Project, Seattle, WA – $486K

Doyon Technical Services won a $486K Task Order under its National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to replace NOAA’s Western Regional Center’s existing CCTV video surveillance system throughout the 104-acre Lake Washington, Seattle, Washington campus.  Existing security cameras will be removed, and new exterior and interior cameras and accompanying power/communication will be installed, as well eight new remote monitoring stations.
